CONDITIONS OF THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT


Products are subject to the complaint in the case of defective product only. According to the rules of law, all products offered in the wholesale company are covered by warranty for manufacturing defects of the purchased product. The entire procedure of investigation of the guarantee takes place on the basis of the relevant regulations of the civil code. If it happens that after receipt of goods there will be manufacturing defects on it or it will be damaged mechanically during the delivery, the purchaser is obliged to inform the seller immediately and in case of impossibility of repair on the spot, to send back the purchased goods to the representative office of the company within 7 days from the delivery date. There should be the description of a defect included to the package.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation or usage of the product in defiance to its intended purpose. Only goods unused, having a manufacturing defect are subject to a customer complaint. Individual settings of the monitor which can be a reason of falsifying colours of the product, cannot be a base of the customer complaint or the return of the product. A VAT invoice or a receipt are enclosed with every consigment which is the only basis of the guarantee.
The company YourNewStyle.pl Sp. z o.o. has 14 days to make a decision and inform the purchaser how to settle the complaint.

- The return of a product does not include the costs of delivery to the customer and the costs of return product to YourNewStyle.pl Distributor.
- The packages with cash on delivery will not be received.
- To check the goods immediately upon receipt and inform us about the defect by telephone or in writing is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- In case of a manufacturing defect returned goods will be changed into spotless goods if the stock current condition allows for it. If the exchange is not possible because of the return, the customer as part of the admitted customer complaint can replace defected goods on other ones or to demand the refund for defected goods.

After receiving the package check its contents. If the quantity does not match to the invoice, you are required to make a damage report with the courier of GLS. Only on this basis we can accept customer complaint of lack of the products.
